The Council of Alumni Marketing & Membership Professionals (CAMMP) was officially incorporated in 2005 as a 501(c)(6) not-for profit corporation.

There are five officers of the Corporation. Officers are elected for two year terms which are staggered for continuity. Officer titles (President, Secretary, etc.) are selected year-to-year. The immediate Past-President and current year Conference host serve as ex-officio members.
