Thank you for your interest in sponsorship of the 16th Annual CAMMP Conference (Council of Alumni Marketing and Membership Professionals). This year’s conference will be July 10 – 12 in Orlando, Florida, hosted by the University of Central Florida Alumni Association. This event brings more than 100 Alumni Association marketing decision-makers from throughout the country together to discuss current issues and share insights about affinity relationships, membership and other revenue opportunities. Marketing Directors and Managers from Alumni Associations in the Big 12, Big Ten, ACC, SEC, PAC 12, and Big East are among those who regularly attend.

Your corporate sponsorship allows you to participate in some of the conference activities, provide promotional and informational materials for our participants, and support an annual event that brings Alumni Association Marketing professionals together.


Back by popular demand, we are offering two sponsorship levels, a $1,500 Standard Sponsorship and a $2,000 Premier Sponsorship. Below is a description of the benefits and opportunities available with each:


STANDARD SPONSORSHIP:

  • Listing as a sponsor on the CAMMP website and in the conference printed materials.
  • Complete list of attendees’ contact information for one mailing either before or after the conference.
  • Unique opportunity to briefly introduce your company to attendees in the form of a live “commercial message.”  Each sponsor will be assigned a 90 second “spot” at the beginning of the conference where you can give a brief overview of what your company is all about. Creativity is highly encouraged as our participants look forward to this every year!
  • On-site exhibit space with 6 ft. table (standard power [110v], wireless internet and linens available upon request).
  • Guaranteed exhibit time with all conference attendees throughout the day on July 11 & 12.
  • Lunch provided July 11 & 12 (includes one lunch with CAMMP attendees).
  • Opportunity to mix and mingle with attendees at designated “After Hours” locations.
  • Two designated sponsor attendees.

INVESTMENT: $1,500


PREMIER SPONSORSHIP:
Includes all benefits and opportunities listed in the Standard Sponsorship PLUS the following:

  • Sponsorship of the July 11th conference dinner.
  • Attendance at the July 11th conference dinner offering a chance to spend the evening building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Five designated sponsor attendees (but please note, only three sponsor representatives may be present at exhibit table at one time).

INVESTMENT: $2,000
